Mike Ballas, a Canadian-born entrepreneur, comes from a family of small business owners. Despite being offered the chance to join his family's business, he opted for a career in technology and has established himself as a successful serial entrepreneur.

Among his achievements is the rapid growth of Moo Media, which he escalated from zero to $100M in revenue in just 24 months. His recent venture, Evoke, revolutionized DNA testing and vitamin subscriptions, culminating in its acquisition in March 2022.

Mike is renowned for scaling businesses, having adeptly managed over $600M in marketing investments. His acumen in leading global teams is well-acknowledged.

Mike has pioneered private equity investment by leveraging AI and technology throughout the entire acquisition process, creating a next-generation investment fund that revolutionized the industry. This innovative approach has set a new standard, streamlining due diligence and decision-making processes while maximizing investment opportunities, resulting in reviewing over 3000 deals in 2023 and making multiple strategic investments.
